We adopted the standard psychometric procedures for scale development recommended by Hinkin (1998).
The scale was developed and refined following approaches recommended by Hinkin (1998). First, items were generated by following a theoretical framework that specified the content domain for the construct. We develped the items using a deductive approach guided by theory and research in XXXX.
